Senghennydd hall is a part catered hall of residence, close to the University and City Centre, that houses just over 100 students.
Tremorfa were appointed in June 2017 to carry out works to modify blocks H & P including, installation of general purpose distribution and small power system, installation of general lighting system, alterations to the fire alarm system and new door access.

Both blocks required new panel boards and sub mains. All lighting installations comprised of LED normal and emergency lighting.
