Due to be completed in 2025 it became apparent to deliver all the specific works, on time a collaborative facilitated environment needed to be constructed. To ensure a smooth collaborative working environment, a temporary work environment on site was needed.

Tremorfa secured this Primary Site Accommodation contract in 2016 delivering the Primary Site Welfare and Project Offices for the Lend Lease Elephant Park regeneration project working with Wernick Building Services. This included the design, supply, delivery, construction, certification, and fit out-out of electrical services for a four-storey modular accommodation. The main goal of this accommodation was to incorporate welfare accommodation for 1200 operatives, and office facilities for 350 persons. The temporary accommodation is required for a 5-year period (until 2021) and Tremorfa’s works were completed in 2016 to ensure the smooth transition of the workforce beginning the project construction at Elephant Castle.
Tremorfa were required to complete all detailed design, including floor layouts and room data sheets. Alongside this Tremorfa designed, supplied and installed LED lighting throughout, pendent light fixings, emergency lighting, external flood lighting, electrical outlets, data points and phone lines.
