Tremorfa Ltd look after all mechanical and electrical planned preventative maintenance for Conduit UK’s Fusion Point in Cardiff, Quayside House in Chatham and Marlborough Court in Milton Keynes. The buildings house large office spaces and a car parks which Tremorfa Ltd maintain and carry out reactive works.

Tremorfa Ltd provided dedicated contract managers and skilled engineers to ensure all work is delivered and reported upon quickly and efficiently. Tremorfa ensure that Fusion Point is kept operational 24 hours a day through our 365-day 24-hour reactive call out service if needed. Our mobile engineers attend this site to carry out all PPM works, alongside sub-contractors who specialise in their fields. Tremorfa add value to our client’s maintenance expenditure by reducing unnecessary costs and forecasting forward their operational needs.

Since 2013 Tremorfa Ltd has provided full facilities management for 4 buildings for Cardiff Waterside located in Cardiff Bay.
These include 3 Assembly Square, Scott Harbour and Caspian Point 1 & 2, of which consist of premium office spaces.

In all four buildings Tremorfa engineers and sub-contractors look after all planned preventative and reactive maintenance services within the mechanical and electrical remit. We have held this contract for 5 years through delivery of excellent PPM services, endeavouring to meet client requirements and make sensible suggestions for improvements where possible in order to reduce costs in the future. Tremorfa also includes a 365 day, 24 hour reactive call out service to which we respond in less than 4 hours.
