Tremorfa have worked closely with Trivallis since the award of the contract and have employed a Contract Manager on a full-time basis to successfully run the contract and keep maintenance visits, repairs and call outs to schedule and reported upon appropriately.

Upon receipt of the contract, Tremorfa were asked to bring all outstanding repairs up to date. This ended up being around 300 individual repairs of door access and emergency lighting which a team of our installation department completed within the month to start the contract with no outstanding repairs. Our engineering team were able to work in teams of two, working in a systematic manner with our Contract Manager ordering a bulk of parts and collecting a van stock report to ensure any further repairs could be completed swiftly. Our engineers were identified with branded uniforms, vans and ID badges that reassures the tenants of these properties that they are who they say they are, and a relationship of trust can be built between Tremorfa and the tenants of the properties.

This includes a reactive call out service available 24 hour, 365 days per year with a maximum response time of two hours. Trivallis properties are all occupied buildings, some of which are more sensitive and require more communication between Trivallis and Tremorfa to ensure minimum disruption is caused to the tenants whilst carrying out any works in the properties.
