Tremorfa currently maintain over 200 sites for Taff Housing Association.

The maintenance of these sites includes:

Fire Alarm Systems

Emergency Lights

Intruder Alarms Systems

CCTV

Door Access

We are also responsible for all emergency call outs to these sites, as well as 24 hour monitoring of their fire and intruder alarms. Taff Housing’s policy is for these systems to be maintained on a weekly basis, and we therefore employ a number of engineers full time on this contract.
Due to the sensitive nature of some of the sites, Tremorfa endeavour to keep the personnel attending each one the same. This means that both parties feel confident and secure in the other, and makes for a far more comfortable experience for the customer.

This contract covers over 600 sites throughout the UK and has been under Tremorfa’s remit for over 15 years. This includes a 365 day, 24 hour reactive call out service to which we respond in less than 4 hours in 93% of cases when required.
