Upon receipt of the contract, Tremorfa were asked to bring all outstanding repairs up to date. This ended up being around 300 individual repairs of door access and emergency lighting which a team of our installation department completed within the month to start the contract with no outstanding repairs. Our engineering team were able to work in teams of two, working in a systematic manner with our Contract Manager ordering a bulk of parts and collecting a van stock report to ensure any further repairs could be completed swiftly. Our engineers were identified with branded uniforms, vans and ID badges that reassures the tenants of these properties that they are who they say they are, and a relationship of trust can be built between Tremorfa and the tenants of the properties.
